  • Help strengthen our vendor network by sourcing new partners and negotiating rates

  • Accurately enter and maintain shipment and load data

  • Support billing and accounting processes as needed

  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and teammates

What We’re Looking For

  • Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Experience with data entry or computer-based systems

  • High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related fields is a plus

  • Exposure to drayage, ports, or container shipping is a bonus—but not required

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude

Benefits & Perks

  • 22 days of paid time off annually + 6 observed holidays

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

  • 401(k) with company match

  • Life Insurance
