About the Role
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator who enjoys a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and building strong relationships. In this role, you’ll support customer shipments by building orders, coordinating vendors, tracking freight, and keeping everyone informed along the way.

What You’ll Do
Serve as a main point of contact for vendors, handling calls and emails professionally
Build and manage customer orders using our web-based logistics platform
Coordinate truck dispatching, scheduling, and appointments
Track and trace shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and vendors
Work with brokers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Help strengthen our vendor network by sourcing new partners and negotiating rates
Accurately enter and maintain shipment and load data
Support billing and accounting processes as needed
Deliver excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and teammates
What We’re Looking For
Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Experience with data entry or computer-based systems
High school diploma or GED required (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related fields is a plus
Exposure to drayage, ports, or container shipping is a bonus—but not required
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
